In order to develop production in the republic, regulation and compliance systems based on the international requirements of Organic and Global GAP, improve quality and safety indicators, expand the geography of exports of agricultural and forestry products, as well as increase the possibility of the fullest use of the potential of organic production, by the agency of July 24, 2020 No.-05-1187 in the country, the international standard ISO 28000 of the Supply Chain Security Management System is being introduced in the original language.

 

This International Standard specifies requirements for a security management system, including aspects that are critical to ensuring the security of the supply chain. Security management is related to many other aspects of business management. Aspects include all activities controlled or influenced by organizations that affect supply chain security. These other aspects should be considered directly where and when and where they affect safety management, including the transport of these goods in the supply chain.

This International Standard is applicable to organizations of all sizes, from small to multinational manufacturing, service, storage or transport at any stage of production or supply chain that want to:

a) develop, implement, maintain and improve the security management system;

b) ensure compliance with the applicable security management policy;

c) demonstrate such conformity to others;

d) obtain certification / registration of the safety management system by an accredited third party certification body; or

f) independently determine or declare compliance with this International Standard.
